The hypocrisy of justice!

As all of you know already, Sanjay Dutt was recently sentenced to six years of rigorous imprisonment for possession of a fire arm during the mumbai riots. Eventhough the court might be right I felt the judgement was a bit harsh. I think that more than possession, the channel he used to obtain the firearms was wrong. And in the same week a court in TN has acquitted the main accused in the coimbatore blast case. So a man who procures a fire arm for his own protection is more culpable than a man who instigates communal violence and abets in a bomb blast ??
